Early this Wednesday morning, T.I. was arrested outside his gated community in Atlanta.

Since his release, T.I. has addressed the issue in an Instagram livestream in which he referred to the arrest as "nonsense" and "small potatoes". The rapper had allegedly forgotten his key but the security guard would not let him into the gated neighborhood, which resulted in an argument.
Rapper T.I.is out of jail after posting bond following his arrest in Henry County early Wednesday morning.
Both Holmes and T.I. were ultimately arrested. He was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after his lawyer said the guard wrongfully refused entry to the community and called police after and argument.
T.I.is adamant that the guard was the aggressor and "antagonized" him. It took Tip some time to wake up the sleeping guard. His friend was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Channel 2 reported. Tip clearly identified himself and sought entry. The rapper contacted his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, who confirmed that her husband should be allowed inside the community. In fact, T.I. says the guard even refused to provide his name, so he is planning to sue for the incident. He says when he called out the guard for sleeping on the job, a "very heated debate" ensued between the two, which prompted the guard to phone officials.
"The guard continued to refuse entry without justification".
As for the assault charge, T.I. says he "may have been hurt by my words", but says he never laid a hand on the guy.
Sadow claims police did not want to hear from T.I.'s side and arrested his client.
