"Narendra Modi is the kind of PM who drives the vehicle looking in the rear-view mirror", Gandhi said addressing a party rally here in Hospet in Bellary district, about 350km from Bengaluru, reports IANS.

As part of the "soft Hindutva" agenda CongessPrisident Rahul Gandhi today went around temples in North Karnatakaand asked the people of the state to reject the BJP in the comingAssembly election.

Rahul Gandhi on Saturday intensified his attack on the NDA government on the Rafale fighter jet deal, alleging it was the "biggest issue" of corruption in the country now.

He lashed at the BJP government saying that in the previous BJP government reign, from 2008-2013), three chief ministers, BS Yeddyurappa, Sadananda Gowda, and Jagadish Shettar, were changed in five years, and that four ministers had to resign because they were accused in some or the other case and were sent to jail.

Rahul, who started his speech by wishing the people in Kannada at the party's Janaashirvada Yatra at Hospete, quickly shifted to Hindi and his speech was translated into Kannada by KPCC Working President Dinesh Gundu Rao.
