Central Alabama CrimeStoppers reports that 44 year old Germaine Moore turned himself in to police around 2:30 this morning. News outlets are reporting that the victim in the video has been located and is safe.

In the video posted to Facebook, Moore allegedly forces a young girl, whose age has not been specified, to perform oral sex. He was not involved in the creation of the video, police said, but he allegedly helped share it on social media.

Meanwhile, we're told Moore's fiance has also been arrested for interfering with the police investigation. The video is being investigated by police in Alabama.

The company's site says it reports verified child sex abuse images to the U.S. National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which works with law enforcement to find offenders, and proactively detects and blocks content from being uploaded using software called PhotoDNA.

Moore also is wanted in Detroit, where prosecutors allege that he sexually assaulted three girls.

Anyone with investigative information on the identity of child or the suspect in this video should contact Maryland State Police at 410-653-4200. "However, sharing the video and/or viewing it is a crime", APD wrote in the alert.

The video has been going around social media in the Youngstown area, and in other parts of the country, the television station reported.

On Monday evening, 42-year-old Jerrell Washington was charged in connection to the distribution of the video, according to a Montgomery Police Department release. Authorities weren't initially sure where the video originated, but began investigating the assault as well as how and by whom the video was shared. "Regardless of intention, sharing such imagery is harmful and illegal", Facebook said in response to the video, according to southern Louisiana station KLFY.

"Sharing said image is considered distribution and you could be criminally charged for doing so", the department said. He is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility, under a $100,000 bond.
